Pros

This has one of the best knobs i've ever felt. Has a bubble level thing. I love the art of simplicity to functionality and this meets both of those.

Sturdy enough for mid range zooms and primes on mirrorless. Works great for a motorola baby monitor and this works great. I have a full sized dslr (mirrored) and this stand held it perfectly.

It is small enough to keep the setup nimble. Perfect for a travel tripod. I hike a lot so having a small tripod that can fit in my pack is essential.

The base has a buttery smooth dampening movement that works very well for object tracking. The only downside is that you need a screwdriver to attach it to your camera. This gives me the ability to do complex panning shots from various vantage points....  Read More

Quality

High quality materials, works perfectly for my camera!

Quality add on or just buy as kit.

I have a bunch of these joby tripods with the same ballhead thought it would be good.

Price

For the price, you can't go wrong.

As far as i am concerned my quest for a smaller travel ballhead is over!

Packaging/appearance

I use it on the crib and the pack play and holds the camera safely.

But for now, i've just attached the gopro mount directly to the gorillapod.

I wanted a ballhead/quick release that felt right at home on top of the switchpod.

Competitiveness

I still need to purchase the ball joint, but i purchased this to use for a trip where i will use a canon sx720 hs.

This little ball-head will support 3kg (6.
