Love this - works well and is very sturdy
It's very sturdy and can hold up my canon 700d without problems.
A shame as this is for dslrs but without a lightweight lens the legs will quickly flop.
Especially vlogs because of the extended arm reach!
Price
I am so happy with this product exactly what i expected even tho i find the price a bit high.
It is quite expensive but worth the money for filmmakers who wish for an easier job in production work.

Arrived as expected, as it was a gift i've been advised that it's a brilliant product by the recipient and worth having

Joby is the gorillapod that you need, spend few more money and get the real one, instead of bad copies.

It is ideal for this purpose but as other reviewers have commented it will probably struggle with some of the large heavy digital slr cameras on the market today

I often used a chair back as a mounting surface and the legs can obviously bend around that

I had this happen to me on a couple of occasions but the joints could easily be reassembled without damaging the gorillapod
