This is so much better and well made.
The magnetic feet are nice and strong and its generally a well made bit of kit.
Stand is great and sturdy, haven't tested the strength of the magnet yet but not really something i would need anyway.

I use with a nikon 1 j5 which is probably over the stated weight limit for this tripod but i have used in places where i otherwise wouldnt get the shot e
