Pros
The grip is highly ergonomic and fits in the hand nicely. The button to move the rig around is placed in just the right spot. When the legs are folded, they present a nicely rounded handle with textured rubber for a good grip.
Cons
I have two joby products and they both failed. The product no longer holds a camera straight up. It droops down because the friction mechanism to hold it in place does not work well.

Then i got a new pixel 6 pro and this was the first phone camera i took serious enough to consider using with a tripod and this was when i also realized the pixi mini didnt allow you to put the phone into portrait mode for shooting

I picked up the joby handypod instead and realized not only does it allow you to take portrait photosvideos theres a little notch that allows the phone to lower all the way to 90deg the legs feel quite a bit grippier than the manfrotto which always felt a little slick to grab onto or place on less than perfect surfaces
