Pros & Cons
Pros
It works incredibly well for tables and desk, just know that it can not hold the phone in portrait orientation for facetime or anything. It holds the phone very securely for typical tripod/stand use. The design of the cradle makes it nice for holding ... Read More
The only reason i'd review it less than perfect is due to versatility. The design and build of this stand is absolutely fantastic. Very impressed and happy with my purchase.
The compactness and ability to attach to a full tripod are why i keep coming back to this one. If you unscrew the phone holder part, it acts as a micro tripod for a regular compact camera.
Used with iphone 12 and 12 pro with a thicker style phone cases. It fits my samsung note 20 ultra with otterbox defender case for reference!
The stand is a nice aluminum and is very durable. The plastic phone holder is made of a solid polymer with metal rods and springs. It is sturdy and reliably stays in place, with a large iphone pro max.
Cons
The grip that holds your phone is plastic and seems to be very flimsy. The joint part of tripod is broken on my first usage. As flimsy as it is, that is no good. The legs are nice but, the grip is quite fragile.

It folds up so small that's it's never in the way.
And it’s so tiny you can fold it and put it in your pocket!
Price
Worth the cost to always keep on my phone, pocket, desk or back pack.
Packaging/appearance
I'm sure it'll turn up somewhere (from when i packed it on our camp trip) but i definitely recommend this if you're looking for... Read More
Ignoring the phone holder that i don't need, this little tripod packs a big punch in the smallest package possible.
Competitiveness
But that is more than 3x the price, and requires a magsafe case.

The design of the cradle makes it nice for holding your phone vertically or horizontally and when vertical there is a cutout for the charging port to be plugged in on the bottomthe only nitpick i have is that it can be a little too easy to start unscrewing the cradle from the base when you really just mean to rotate its orientation
