I knocked off a star because the magnet isnt the strongest especially at certain angles and the phone clip can sometimes not grip properly especially if you are rushing and trying to get the phone to mount quickly

Yet i had no trouble separating the pipe from the tripod because strong as they are the magnets are also tiny the spot that sticks is really very small

The only reason im not giving this 5 stars is because the arm doesnt expand far enough to hold the phone in portrait position only landscape
