I had high hopes for the first six but every one of them disappointed me for one of two reasons

The width of the clamps on this joby are slightly greater than ¾34 which is enough to securely hold that large otterbox case

The six older mounts are anywhere from about ⅜34 to ⅝34 which is too small

One of those six old mounts had a screw to tighten the clamps that blocked its cold shoe from being useable
