Well with this strap you can simply slide the camera to your lower back and lock the camera down so the camera does not bounce when walking and gets the camera out of the way until you want to take a photo

Unlike when i use the standard strap the camera did not swing and i wore it all day without noticing it

I use this in conjunction with the ultrafit hand strap so my camera is always secure even in a rambunctious crowd

I would not recommend just using the bottom screw as the only mount point for your camera

If you only use the bottom screw and your camera falls its totally your fault

Only downside of this strap is that it does use the tripod mount as attachment point so setting down your camera is not an option since it doesnt sit flat
