Pros

My hair is so soft and nourished with this shampoo and the defy damage conditioner. It leaves hair soft and managable. I have a hard time finding shampoo that doesn't make my head itch.

This shampoo feels & smells great, gentle on your hair. The smell is very good and leaves my hair very smooth! It also has a pleasant fragrance.

Cons

The shampoo and conditioner i bought from here smells like moth balls and dries my hair out. Same for one of shampoo half-empty. These are half full *!

Defantly a great value for your money.

I love this shampoo, however it is a bit on the pricey side.

Expensive, but you only need a couple of pea sized drops.

Just do not think i should have to pay full price for this item because obviously all the shampoo was not in the bottle.

It shipped and arrived quickly was packaged well had no issues with leaking bottle.
