Pros

This egg timer is perfect for boiling eggs. It times the eggs perfectly, and i love that little chicken face. It works without any messing around wondering if you were really looking at the clock when the eggs started to boil.

Cons

It works like it should, however due to its shape it is constantly flipping over as well as causing water to spill out. After 5 minutes in the water, it shows hard boil on the eggs. Toxic smell of burning plastic emitted by the device when boiling.

This works great and takes the guesswork out of timing boiling eggs.

Lasted for about a year and then formed a crack and basically split in half.

After "breaking it in" i realized under hard boiled you have to stand to watch the indicator lines.

Packaging/appearance

Awesome little gift and stocking stuffer for consistently egg-ceptional eggs!

Also, the item is all scuffed up despite being sealed in packaging.
