So first thing i noticed about this saw is the teeth are symmetric with regard to stroke direction it cuts on forward and return equally

The teeth positions alternate on each side of the blade this is just like most manual pruning blades

If you dont care too much about the finish of the cut or you plan to do a lot of surface work then maybe that is ok
