Pros
Super sharp, protective sheath is a great touch. Slices through my very crusty sourdough bread with ease. Fits our j j knife rack perfectly when last knife snapped at handle.

The knife is very well made and good quality my only issue is that it is not very sharp after using it for a couple of weeks i noticed that the sharpness has gone and cutting in to veg is almost the same as my old knives a little disappointing to be honest but overall an ok knife

We have been struggling with another bread knife to cut home baked bread which is really soft
