Pros
The grater is easy to clean with no hard to reach crevices on the underside. It washes in the dishwasher. It cleans-up easily with warm water, soap, and a sponge.
Love the ergonomic design. Great design never disappoints! Only negative is that it is not made in the usa.
Reversible sheath is great for storing the grater and can also be flipped over and used for measuring. Cover doubles as a catcher, and it has cup measure marks so you know how much you've grated. Also comes with catcher in the back to catch gratings.
This is so useful, practical, and versatile that i can't say enough good things. Works great.
There's a durable plastic cover that slides on to cover the sharp grater. It protects it while in storage and can be put on the back to collect what you grate. The blades are nice and sharp.

The cover even has measuring notches on it so you know if youve grated enough

Once done wash the thing by hand or run it through the dishwasher and slide that cover over the top to keep the grating surface sharp while protecting your hands
