The mandoline gripper is safe for your fingers. It has the smartest veg holder i have seen with such devices. Please use the guard thingie.

This mandoline is the only one that i have ever seen that can actually grasp the food. This one is perfect. This is better than i could have imagined!

Small enough to keep in a kitchen drawer for grabbing quickly. It accommodates so many different things. It's sleek design allows it to be stored in a drawer making it easy to reach.
