The only negative we have found so far in our first week of use is that closing the top lid requires such force that the button to open it popped off

This is surprisingly flimsy we would assume that the glue to hold the piece would have been stronger

The mail packaging that the product arrived in was pretty bustedpractically open but the bin itself was neatly secured in a separate interior box so it was fine

If you want a single item to contain all of the waste in your kitchen this is a great option if youre ok with the pricetag and can find a color that fits

The only reason i am giving four starts is that the stainless steel version came with some problem and we found out later on that depending the version you buy it would come with a lot extra protection that will prevent problems in the product
