Pros

The product is stylish. Low weight works well in an rv! Bought this in hopes of redemption.

Finally a user friendly rice cooker. This cooker makes it perfect every time and i just have to leave it in the microwave.

Use this instead of the timing in the pamphlet. The paddle is a nice addition. The measuring cup and flat spoon are a bonus since they take up no extra space.

Cons

The locking paddle/spoon on the top is just goofy. There are 4 separate pieces to this unit that have to be washed after every use. In the dishwasher it takes up about 1/4 of all available space.

Either the heat of my microwave is somehow hotter than any other in existence, or the water to rice ratio is way off for this cooker. My rice cooker is damaged. Luckily there was no damage beyond the cooker.

Perfect size for 2-4 servingsgood price, easy to use.

Not a bid deal because i probably wasted 14 cents of rice in my attempts.
