My main gripe for a quite expensive ‘designer’ dispenser is it lets water in so the soap never seems to run out. It just gets thinner and thinner unless you keep it fully topped up.

The biggest disadvantage is that the top is glossy i have stainless steel dark grey version which is not how it looks on product pictures and it gets dirty and untidy after just few uses
