This board solves the problem of needing two separate boards for cutting crusty bread and cutting meat! It's easy to tip either crumbs or juice out of the board into the sink/trash without making a mess. The tilt allows all the juices to stay on the b... Read More

The “teeth” are great for keeping meat or veggies from moving around while cutting. It has a gentle slope towards the rear for juices to collect as well as a flat side and a side with teeth.

Size is perfect for a roast or rotisserie chicken. Two sides, one with grippers for the food is brilliant. The slanted surface is so good to stop messes associated with carving.

Cons

Don't try to pound chicken breast on it or smash a garlic clove. After 1 day of use the cutting board was heavily marked up with cut lines from knives. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.
