Annoying that the engraving marks what you are rolling as i was using it to roll out clay necklaces one day so was very difficult

The thickness of the pastry was variable because they didn’t have an adjustable rolling pin to hand

If you want an even thickness then this rolling pin is ideal shame that they dont make it a bit longer

Have not used it yet but see no reason why it would not work although a 10mm thick ring seems too much
