Pros & Cons
Pros
Rolling out dough to uniform thickness has always been challenging. This rolling pin is a game changer!
Cons
The pine dowel is also wide but because it's only 1 inch in diameter it’s harder to not accidentally roll too thin in parts. Needed a circle capability of 15 inches.
The sizer rolling pen is not smooth at all. No matter how chilled my dough is, how much flour i use, it tears up my dough. If i don't put a lot of flour on my dough it will stick to the pin.

This is a very nice and well made rolling pin.
The adjustable wheels on the ends ensure that your cookie dough is uniform in thickness all the way across, and it’s very easy to use.
