Pros

The drawer opens then flips down for easier access to back items. Also helps to reduce knocking over one spice bottle to get to a different one behind it.

The position of the smaller lids and the holder prevents the rattling - a bigger holder would have avoided this. Nicely allows pan lids to be stored.

Cons

Easy to install but don't stick well. Just the smaller lids work. Too heavy for our heritage rock brand pot lids, so now they're useless to us.
