Pros

It holds the meat well and cleans up easily. The spiky side keeps the meat from sliding around while it’s being cut. It catches the dripping from the carved meat very well.

The slanted surface creates a large reservoir for meat juices. Great for chopping up melons and cutting a watermelon.

Cons

This board is evidently too big for the materials it’s made of which allows the warping. Did not sit flat on the countertop. It's only about a half an inch nowhere near the ability to hold turkey drippings.
