Pros

This is the best dish rack i have ever purchased. It saves us so much hassle in cleaning dishes, it’s a lifesaver. Holds a lot of dishwasher.

This disk rack is very sturdy with a streamlined look. The stainless steel and gray look allows one to store on countertop as it’s not unattractive.

The j&j ensemble is just the size i need. The prongs holding the dishes are very versatile. I like the expandability and it allows you to change the orientation of the rack.

Cons

The dishrack is not sturdy and water doesn't drain properly. It also leaks from the bottom. What's the point of a dish rack if it can't handle moisture?

Do not reward poor design with money. Update after a year and a half of use. Even worse, their customer support website is closed.

Is this whole thing a prank? Why is joseph so bad at this? Plus, cleaning the whole thing is a pain. Not easy to clean soap/calcium residue. There are many great concepts here, but the execution is awful.

Quality

It is pretty sturdy on my counter and i love that i can extend the rack for bigger loads.

This dishrack is so easy to clean and drain.

The one thing i have noticed that needs improvement is the drain spout.

It really needs to be deeper to allow a few table spoons of water to flow out the drain spout.

Price

It’s a little bit expensive but it’s beautiful and works perfectly

Packaging/appearance

I was able to have it setup on my counter in a few minutes, less time needed to unpack the manufacturer’s packaging.
