Pros
Keeps track up to four refills = 80 ounces of water per day. It has a loud whistle when you use the straw. Only caveat is the cap wears down quite quickly.
These are the best and easiest water bottles for tracking intake. The clicking system is easy to use! This product is basic but it triggers good thinking ya know.
Great water bottle. This is the second bottle i'm buying. This water bottle is literally my life. This bottle is fantastic!
Cons
The bottle has scratch marks, a lot of scratch marks. The rubber seal on the cap likes to pull away so if i don't push it in then it leaks. It's a large inconvenience to have to push the seal in every time i drink water.

It does its job and is of excellent quality.
Like the reminder with the dots, at times the top can be tricky opening without turning the notch for the counter.

But that got old pretty fast so i don't use that feature much now.

Everytime you fill the bottle and twist the top a new dot shows up also, you can put it in the frig and it will not crack.

The only way i found to eliminate the whistle is to take off the lid

I am really hoping it is just something wrong with my bottle i am getting another one delivered to compare if not i hope the manufacturer sees this and can fix this issue somehow

You can twist it four times for the maximum amount of dots 4 and then it starts over again
