J & j are a good mix of knives. They are very sharp and comfortable to use. The blade is very sharp.
The elevate knives carousel knife set has five knives in a carousel. Each knife is colour coded and has a handle rest that lifts the blade off the table top. The only issue is that you have to put the knives away cutting blade side first.

Other than that i would say theyre rather conservative from a colour point of view joseph joseph are known for their bright and colourful utensils although there is at least a coloured circle on top of each knife

Surprisingly perhaps theres no knife sharpener build into the base which i feel would have been a nice addition
