Pros

It’s cute and expandable and keeps my clean dishes off the counter where i used to dry them on a drying pad only. The flexible sizing is awesome and makes it easy to tuck away when desired.

It gets rid of the visual clutter inherent in 2-tier dish racks. I have 3 small dogs who use a lot of dishes at meal time, so no complaints there, the color is fine for me. I really like the size (esp being able to widen it when i use it on the counte...  Read More

As someone with a small nyc kitchen, the rack solves a number of problems. We like it because it is low profile, has a minimal presence on our countertop. I am happy to see my kitchen become neat and tidy.

I def love the drain spout thingy. Looks great on the counter when empty and the side drain is great for small counter space. Takes up less counter space than other single level dish racks when the sliding bottom is unextended.

It fits every type of dish or utensil. No signs of wear or corrosion. It looks great * holds a ton.

Cons

There is no slope so it does not drain as promised. The drainage spout falls off when you swing it out to drain water. The way it’s constructed is a trap for mold.

Quality

Excellent quality, very good design, and easy to use and clean.

I would highly recommend this product line.

But with the water in my area i’m afraid it may end up not so bright white like i like.

Packaging/appearance

Because the water drains on the towel, the deposits don't get on the drainer.

The only problem i had was that the turnable drain spout doesn't sit high enough to go over the lip edge on our sink.

Competitiveness

And it holds so much more than you'd think!

All in all i think it’s a great drainer.
