You do have to screw the holder in place however the screws are contained within the holder its self so you dont see them

The screws that come with it where far too short for myself and they just didnt reach all the way through the holder so i had to use longer screws which was fine as i had some in a toolbox but its something to bare in mind just encase

The holder could feel more luxury and heavy duty for the price but thats my only gripe
