I’ve used this type of garlic press before but it was made of plastic so after about 20 or so uses, it broke.
This rocker gets through cloves of garlic very very fast, to be added to anything rustic you want to cook.
Price
Although it’s a bit pricey, gone are the days of spending ages fishing bits of garlic from inside the press.
It is a bit expensive, but it is going to last a life time as there is nothing to break!

Ive tried garlic presses in the past and found them fiddly difficult to clean and in one case simply too flimsy to do the job properly

But little bits of garlic remain in the holes so you need to poke them out hole by hole which is troublesome

This gadget crushes the whole clove into a paste suitable for cooking
