Pros

Rice comes out both mushy and crunchy somehow. The egg rolls stay grips on the grill section. All in all, a nice little rice cooker for the price.

This is amazing and has instructions for my favourites basmati and long grain. And the clean up is also so easy. Definitely has a learning curve to it but easily mastered.

Use this instead of the timing in the pamphlet.

This is hands down my favorite amazon purchase. Zion is perfect and works just as well as the describe! I'm really impressed with the quality.

Cons

This is quite frustrating after repeated uses. The side of the box was crushed.

The locking paddle/spoon on the top is just goofy. There are 4 separate pieces to this unit that have to be washed after every use.

Excellent quality, compact design and you can cook a small batch of potato’s in it as well.

No more flimsy latches that either break or fall off in the dishwasher or sink only to get chewed up in the garbage disposal.

The grains are moist non sticky and separate very easily.

Perfect size for 2-4 servingsgood price, easy to use.

Not a bid deal because i probably wasted 14 cents of rice in my attempts.
