Basically you put a piece of clingfilm onto the white base piecespray it with oil on the base and a spot next to the base theres a picture to show you crack an egg into the base on top of the clingfilm then screw the yellow top on and tear off the excess film

Consyou need a timer and must remember to spray the film with oil or the egg will stick its hard to keep the egg flipped over as the film bulges out as the egg cooksso its not a flat shape

These 2 poachers are dishwasher safe i found the times given were a bit longbut my eggs were quite small

This works really well but the person who wrote the instructions for cooking times had a personal vendetta against poached eggs

For ease i just sprayed some fry light onto the portions they suggest brushing with olive oil and i did this because it saved my cleaning a brush and ramekin later and had no issues with thisaside from that the use of the product was perfect and will be really helpful to those who aren’t comfortable doing whirlpool poaching or can’t get hold of eggs fresh enough for the whirlpool to work
