The ice cubes size is just a little bit too small

Plastic ones are impossible to get the ice out of unless you take them from the freezer 10 minutes before you want the ice and then twice as many fall out as you need

On the back of the tray there are little tabs that you press and the ice would fall straight into the cup

However you have to ensure that you twist the tray like it instructs before you snap it to loosen the ice first and also it works a lot better if you move the tabs both left and right for each ice in order to release the ice cubes it comes out 100 of the time that way
