As long as you have a bit of worktop free you can use this to quickly peel garlic cloves.
Docked a star because it's a bit of a faff clearing the skin out, as it can stick to the silicon surface.

The actual construction of this item in itself is a little odd essentially what you have for yourself is a small roll of silicon that wraps round into a tube

While there may be some minor issues with dishwashing and smaller cloves this wouldnt prevent me recommending this neat solution to a common problem
