Pros

I usually use it for tea, so it’s still drinkable even when cold. The only real con for me is that it is not insulated, so the cup does not hold hot/cold beverages at temp. My coffee is a drinkable temperature and doesn't leak into my bag.

The 12 oz fits one small takeout coffee cup exactly. Not too wide, so it fits cupholder in my car, and easy grip. Leak-proof since i keep my mug in my briefcase.

Rubberized outer skin makes this easy to grip. It grips easily, is easy to clean and use. Also it’s dishwasher safe, unlike most metal ones.

The stopper for the sipping hole is tight and secure at any temp. There are no straws to keep track of.

Cons

Wouldn't recommend and would not repurchase. Worst thing about this mug is it will leak where the top screws to the bottom. Grip is not the best.

This is a cute mug, but it started leaking after 2 weeks of use. It turns luke warm in 30 mins or less. Hot liquid only stays hot for maybe 20-30 minutes.

I like that it’s sturdy and easy to clean.

The warmer the liquid, the looser the lid seal became, and the silicone stopper wouldn't stay in the sipping hole.

All these freaks downgrading this cup for not keeping their coffee hot enough… thank you!

Price

Good value for money, easy to clean and easy to drink from it while driving.

I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it is!

Also, the price point had to be right.

Some rocket scientists invented a mug to solve this problem by using some high tech wax to bring down the coffee temp, but they run $80.
