Quality
The matte screen protector is perfect, it doesn't diminish the quality of the image, stops that terrible glare, and has a nice feel to it.
I am 100% satisfied with this product.
It is matte finish rather than glossy, so it makes it seem more like an ereader with the paper-like screen.
There is a slight difference in the sensitivity of the screen tap, a bit harder taps with the proctector.
Packaging/appearance
It is doing a great job of protecting my zen pad and keeping fingerprints and smudges off of the screen.
A few tiny dust particles near the very edge, well out of the actual screen viewing surface, no 'bubbles' at all.
Competitiveness
This is my 2nd joto purchase, and i will look for their products for all my future electronics.

Including 3 screen protectors allows you to protect more than one device if you have a family with duplicates of the same model line or it saves you the hassle of ordering another should the cover become damaged

The film was a good weight and that helped keep the bubbling to almost none a couple of bubbles only because i lifted the film a couple of times
