Pros

These cups are awesome for cappuccino! They keep the coffee piping hot while the outside of the cups stay cool to the touch. They do keep my drinks warmer/colder than what would've been.

Cons

Nice product, not durable. One glass arrived completely shattered. I am even scared to put it in my sink for fear of it shattering.
