Customer service is excellent. As to the specs, what's not so great? Those are my only complaints so far. Coworkers are jealous. Overall 4.
This model has a removable straw in the center of the lid, will not spill when dropped or tipped over, and is far preferable to the “sippy cup” retractable straws. Comes with two straws and a sipping lid.
Cons

Quality
I am impressed with its quality feel.
The straw lid adds convenience and spill-proof functionality, allowing for easy sipping without the need to unscrew a cap.
It doesn't leak even after being dropped, thrown off a moving lawnmower, fell off the top of a ladder a few times this thing is sturdy.
Even after cleaning thoroughly it tastes like plastic, so i'm still not a fan.
Price
I do recommend this product, and would buy again for the right price.

Product arrived on time and in excellent condition.
Next day i got a reply back asking for my shipping address.
I received this bottle a month ago.
Packaging/appearance
I’m glad i got it because it looks great and it came in a cool star adds box.
The sellers page doesn’t show the back of the cup.
Competitiveness
I think the price is comparable to similar water bottles and i am very pleased with the quality.
It's also a great size and color, i can't find this color from other brands!

Unfortunately my dad washed mine in the dishwasher when i was home from uni and i noticed fir several days afterward that i felt sick anytime i drank from the bottle

Once i connected the two i looked more closely at the water bottle and noticed the protective coating inside the bottle seemed to be disintegrating

This water bottle does keep drinks cold for quite a while and i do like the design and size of the 32oz however when using the straw it is so loud like it can’t quite seal all the way
