Pros
Freezer works great and is the perfect size for what i need it for. To reach the desire temp. Plug it in back home so it stays cold 24/7. It fits perfect between our two front seats in our ford e-150 conversion van.
Cons
A very bad design. Only lasted roughly 2-3 months. Would not recommend. Very disappointed. If you want something that lasts with continuous use, go with another brand.
Why it locks at all is beyond me and i never ever did put it in that mode intentionally. Temperature gauge is off.
Customer service is nonexistent with a mailbox that is full. Now they refuse to reimburse me for the shipping. Technical customer support is nonexistent.

I emailed joytutus directly after my fridge of 15 months would not get cold anymore.
Price
The price i paid for this & the insulated cover was the same price i paid for the one that arrived damaged without wheels or cover.
Shipping
I just sent an e-mail to the joytutus customer service, and will see how they resolve this, or if i have to return the whole unit.
They are sending me a us ac adapter plug.
Update followup: joytutus quickly contacted me and resolved the issue.
