The key is made so well its a rebar with soft silicon for youre hands.
There's no adjustment to be made, just lift the meter cover place the key over the valve and turn on or off as needed.

The price is great and i think this water meter key is a must to have.
For the price, you can't beat it.
They cost twice as much at the hardware stores!
The price is about average if a little on the upper end.

Nice and useful and arrived on time.
Packaging/appearance
Yes, i know the description clearly states 12", and it did arrive with that dimension, still it looks small.
But that's the reason i'm not giving this product 5 stars, since not everything arrived in good condition.
The roll of teflon tape that was also included was damaged and most of the tape missing, but i didn't need that anyway.

I live in a manufactured home and the home itself does not have a water shut off valve

To turn off the water to the house one has to open the water meter box that is buried in the yard and turn the valve onoff manually
