For such an inexpensive repair, this product makes a huge cosmetic impact to my truck. Bought for my 2010 f150. I am so glad i found this on amazon it works so perfect!
Dremel out and peel the old one off. Push old snaps down with a screwdriver. Line new one up and snap into place.

It fit perfect but the thickness (i guess there is no foam) wasn't so great. Fits great and it matches good with the color.

Direct replacement for the eom, and better quality.
Removing the underlying plastic piece and tabs is the worst part, but the product snaps right in afterward.

Once you get the white plastic piece under the old one out of the way this installs in seconds .
Competitiveness
I sprayed a coat of plasti-dip on mine to give the hard plastic a non-slip surface.
I have a 04 f-150 and it fit perfect.
