Very sturdy, all metal, great articulation to re-angle the phone to any position.
Peel back rubber mat on dash, unscrew the screw on the left, insert phone holder, reuse screw, trim left side of mat an inch or two.
My main gripe with this phone mount is the lack of an easy way to tighten all of its moving parts.

When i saw the images of this holder it clicked and i knew i could make it work despite not having the automobile makemodel that it was designed to be used with

This is not a complex thing to figure out if your car isnt listed although if it needs reshaping or cutting like i did you will need the proper tool because there is nothing flimsy here

Hindsight i would have bought the passenger side mount because i have a large phone and it would have been more out of the way

I did have to remove the existing insert to fit this mount so be prepared for that step if you decide to install it

While it offers a tightening mechanism for the phone grip i couldnt figure out how to tighten the arm to the phone holder effectively
