Pros & Cons

Pros

This visor seems sturdy enough, although i have not had it long. It is not a heavy duty item, a bit delicate, but it hasn't broken or anything. It still works but it's annoying.

This visor blocks that pesky sun from getting me in my eyes. I have a base model subaru with tiny visors that don't extend.

Cons

The idea is great but the manufacture is cheap and climate. Poor quality of craftsmanship and quality control. It shows finger prints that can't be wiped off.

The length of the item makes its impossible to fasten both straps on the sun visor itself. The buckles on the straps that secure the device to the car's visor are so flimsy that they don't stay buckled. The adjustable straps never tighten good enough ...  Read More

The visor extender sticks on the inside so you have to jiggle it side to side to loosen it to slide out. When you pull the flaps out, they sag to the side instead of sticking straight out.

The extender portions are somewhat flimsy plastic - solid plastic. The side flares are flimsy pieces of plastic.

Quality

This adjustable extender completely blocks out the sun, is easy to install and doesn't block the mirror on the back of the built in visor.

Elastic bands provide easy installation on thicker car visor.

Blocks suns rays on either side of visor.

Because one strap can be moved left or right, you can put it so it doesn't cover the mirror in your sun visor.

Price

Shades are a little tough to pull out/down, but for the price this is not a big deal and is still a great buy.

It helps me a great deal when i am driving and protect my eyes from the glare of the sun.

Things i like: the price is right.

Much cheaper than trying to buy a brand new car sunvisor that's bigger but still will fit the car and then having to install it.

Shipping

Made better than i thought, seller got them here fast too!

Competitiveness

I couldn't find any other brand that has this advantage.
