Pros
Mine is a lever on the tongue of the trailer with a steel band that slides forward/back to hold the lever in place. It has a nice heavy locking mechanism that is easy to use.
Rubber cap prevents water from getting in the key area. I like that it has the barrel locks and not a flat key lock.
The design of this lock seems to protect the components from the elements and corrosive salt much better than any other that i've owned. I live in the north where they dump tons and tons of salt on the road every winter. Nice rubber boots cover the lo... Read More
The lock end has a larger diameter than most others i've seen. The shank is longer than it should be really making it easy to cut off with bolt cutters or a grinder. The shaft is long enough to accommodate most trailer hitches.

Quality
These are high quality hitch locks with barrel style key.
Joytutus trailer hitch lockreceived the joytutus hitch lock and i was impressed with the build quality of this lock.
The dark color blends well with the hitch and does not stand out.
Sometimes it locks fairly easy for me while other time i have to fiddle with the key to try to get it to engage so it will lock.
Packaging/appearance
It’s got a nice coating on it so for now there’s been no corrosion issues.
Once slid forward (locked around the ball), the locking pin hole lines up and you slide the pin through the coupler/frame of the trailer.
Competitiveness
This is a good-quality trailer hitch lock.
They are heavier than our previos pins (which we keep losing).
I could use some additional o-rings for the 1-1/4 hitch as that pin is pretty long for the hitch.

The lock does what it is designed to but is only so secure

So this will protect one from opertunistic thiefs and the drunk guy at the lake from driving off with your trailer but not from serious thiefs

Each pin cones with 2 keys but the keys fit both pins

I had a bit if trouble locking the pins as you have to turn and press in at the same time but that was just me being a bit inept

Where the pin goes into the head it is a little too loose for my liking and wobbles around
