Pros

The texture is soft but with good grip, don’t slide or give you any callous. Though my only feedback is to have a better grip as plastic can slip.

This little gadget is a great add on to my very basic home gym. Easy easy use, versatile, overall great product. Makes it so much more versatile. That saves me not only space, but money.

I love the adjustable weights so it takes up less space but has the functionality to be more or less weight. Currently use as 5 pound weights.

The lower detachable weights are 3 and 4 lbs and screw on and off, with a small spring and clip that you need to press down to allow you to unscrew them. It's easy to remove the weights, you just press the black lever on the side and twist it off.

Cons

Bought this in pink and had high hopes. Very disappointing. Media could not be loaded.
