Pros

Lbs with the handle part being 5 with a 4 and a 3 lb weight that screw on and latch to the handle. Weight is adjustable so you don't have to buy multiple items to get different weights.

This little gadget is a great add on to my very basic home gym. It does when it should. Exactly as pictured. That saves me not only space, but money.

Cons

But if you reattach the 4lb weight, it goes on smoothly but cannot be removed.
