Pros

Good quality, packaged well, no scratches. Black powder coat appears durable and protects the metal from rust.

This seems to be a sturdy towel bar. Options are non-existent, so i purchased this bar and my husband, a retired plumber, adapted this one.

Instructions are worthless, no install template, posted dimensions are wrong, information on amazon is incorrect. There is no * (cleat) on the inside top edge for the wall plate to catch into. The provided drywall anchors are awful. Invest in better a... Read More

Jqk makes a big deal in their packaging to not return to amazon if you have any issues. The product came damaged and has paint chipping off the tops and bottoms. Need to return for refund to different credit card.
