Pros

The kit includes two sets of screws with both drywall and concrete anchors. Measuring the distance between center points is more than expected. There is not one, but all you need to do is measure between center of the 2 mounting brackets.

Installation is always a bit cumbersome by yourself.

Cons

Instructions are worthless, no install template, posted dimensions are wrong, information on amazon is incorrect. Overall the weight and sturdiness of the bar is questionable.

The provided drywall anchors are awful. The product came damaged and has paint chipping off the tops and bottoms. Need to return for refund to different credit card.

I ordered it in chrome finish and it’s beautiful.

The towel bar is triple packed in plastic and foam to protect it inside the cardboard box.

Bought the wrong size so i returned it, but the product looked very nice
