Pros

The kit includes the screws, wall anchors for drywall and plaster, and an allen wrench for securing the towel bar to the bracket. Easy to install, very sleek and unobtrusive.

Matches my other jqk towel racks nicety. Works great. Customer service is stellar.

The gold/brass tone looks good without being gaudy. They look great with all my satin nickel fixtures.


Cons

Design is not easy for usage compared to a simple hook. Hardfor bar to stay leveled over the time. Very cheap metarials.
