Pros

The towel rack is nice and sturdy after it is installed. Very secure. Solid/sturdy chrome. I like that it was all metal, not composite.

Fula bar holds two large bath towels without having to fold them during drying. I use both bars as the inner one is used for the wipe that stays wet from cleaning around the faucet. I only hang one towel over both bars so it dries faster.

This makes it easy to have all the set together without it appearing bulky. Holds oversized towels with no scrunching. Would love to have in additional sizes.

Product looks good. Would / will buy again. Highly recommended. Love it. Highly recommend it.

Cons

Everything i have bought from this line has the same problem. It’s just not worth the hassle. Instructions say to use a 3/16 drill for the anchors but the anchors will not fit that small of a hole. No passing or protection in the box.

I was very nervous about buying a double lined bar just because i have thick plushy towels; however, i am so glad that i did.

If you were to talk into a homedepot or a floor and decor it’ll be double the price!
