Pros

Great towel rack. Quick shipping. had an appointment with contractor, so did not have time to return and shop again.

Magnet test is the easiest way to test. Easy to install. Easy instructions and easy install. Level and perfect on the first attempt.

After only one month of use the towel rod would not stay flush with the wall. Lack of variation in height makes it inconvenient to hang and access towels.

Bad or agent fasteners, and instruction. Too flimsy. No passing or protection in the box. He's excellent but your product had him scratching his head.
