Very warming and the scent is just right. Not too overpowering, not too weak.

I rub it into my hands/wrists it helps with carpal tunnel pain. Also * bit on my lips to keep them moist while sleeping.

Cons

Menthol and camphor is very weak. You can just slightly smell it at first.
